Hot Springs and Rivers:
Don't forget your bathing suit! A trip to Chico Hot Springs would not be complete without a dip in the natural hot springs pools. Open to Resort guests from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm every day of the year!
Paradise Adventure Company is the exclusive rafting company of Chico Hot Springs Resort and is located on property. Whitewater and scenic trips are available daily down the Yellowstone River. Call for availability.
Rafting with the Groom! As many of you know, Jeff has been working as a whitewater rafting guide for the past few summers. Plans are in the works for a scenic river trip with Jeff sometime early in the week before the wedding. Check back here for more information and eventually to sign up.
Yellowstone National Park
Less than an hour's drive from Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone is a national wonder, filled with hiking trails, and scenic sights galore. If you haven't been there to see Old Faithful or some of the other sites, you definitely should make sure to check it out! We'll leave it at that...
Other Hiking and Trails:
The Chico Horse Barn offers trail rides where you can experience Montana by horseback just about any day of the year. You have the opportunity to go on a one-hour trail ride, or make a day of it and have lunch on the trail. Children must be at least 6 years old to go on a trail ride. Relaxation:
For those of you who want to be pampered, The Chico Day Spa is located on the Chico property and offers a wide range of spa treatments. Massage, salt scrubs, mud wraps, etc. Visit the Chico Day Spa page for a full menu of spa services. Appointments are necessary.
There are many activities also available near the Chico Hot Springs including a sporting clays course, day hikes, fly fishing, whitewater rafting, scenic rafting, mountain biking, scenic flights, outfitter services, guided pack trips into Yellowstone National Park, scenic tours through Yellowstone National Park, galleries, shopping, museums, wildlife viewing, and much much more.
